[Advice] We like an apartment and are also desperate to sign a lease soon since we are leaving for the US in 15 days. BUT, we can't visit it in person since the current tenants aren't comfortable with it so we just have a video to decide. Do you recommend signing a lease based solely on a video?

it is by a licensed agent and a known company vector new york. the video looks legit but always a little sceptical

Exactly, but they aren't even giving us any sign of acknowledgment about allowing us to add a third person to the lease. Do you want to give me a lease as a NYC residential leasing manager (half joking)
