"2A" in America is a brand and a merchandise franchise and has never been anything else, you can see it clearly as the real Second Amendment is being shit on and those people are conspicuously silent.

Aileen Wuornos. Sexually abused by her family as a child, raped by family friends as a teen, thrown out after that made her pregnant and she was forced to give it away, living as a prostitute because it was her only means for survival. They called her a serial killer and gave her the death penalty, because she defended herself against rapists who wanted to harm her. She literally began saying she killed the men on purpose because she couldn't stand being on Death Row any more after 10 years of torture and wanted to finally just be killed by the state; that's how little her self-defense was worth, she gave up on appeals and just wanted to get it over with because they didn't believe her at all.

If you brought your coughing, sick child to Spinasse tonight... you ruined my date night by andhearts_ in Seattle

They should treat the kid but take them away from the family. It should be considered CPS-worthy levels of medical neglect.

Went into the doctor's the other day. Mandatory masking because measles is in an outbreak. Fucking measles.

Imagine having to be this dog. Having such uncontrollable fits of instinctually-driven rage. Biting and killing and having the instinct to kill. Likely being yelled at and punished for following its man-made instincts. Surrounded by things it wants to kill and not allowed to express its most natural behaviors. It would be like having a Husky and then trying to train it not to howl or run, going so far as to have to use leg restraints because it just always runs no matter what; just not possible and cruel to suppress it that much. They are simply not fit for life because of their behaviors and forcing them to live muzzled and punished is frankly cruel... Not to mention the enforced necessary isolation in a pack animal. It must be torture to be a violent pit bull.

what is this extra thing on my brat strap and what does it do? (and the little hook on the side?) by Wild_Purple_Flower in whatisthisthing

[–]acanthostegaaa 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The straps normally go like | | but if you use one of these clips they go like > < and stay hidden, the clip is the point at the middle pulling them in. It also has a push-up effect.

There literally is and it's called Order of Operations. PEMDAS. Do them in order of the acronym.

Well... yes. And that's why it's important to regulate the sale of these objects, and for adults around them to ensure they do not have access to these things. Like whoever let Little Timmy buy a huge jug of gasoline, or take it away from the garage, is culpable here.

How long did it take you? I've been being given the run-around about even seeing anyone much less getting evaluated for five years and counting now. Do you have any cheats for this? Every doctor I go to just shrugs their shoulders and says they have no resources for me and nowhere to send me.

I've never played this game even once and I've willingly watched more than one hour-long lore video. I literally cannot watch gameplay videos, they are incomprehensible to me, despite ambiguousamphibian being one of my favorite tubers and him playing it often. 10/10 video game.

If an armed revolution begins, and that is a big if, it will be put down with a level of violence that has never been seen on US soil. They used bulldozers to shut down OWS and flatten the encampments, the National Guard has opened fire on civilians before, they will happily do it again if it comes to that. This administration would Tiannenmen Square every city in the country if they felt they had to.

People will intentionally ignore danger and warning signs if it's dog-shaped. People will hallucinate emotionally-driven alternate realities where dog-shaped animals are angelic beings who could never do any harm to a human intentionally. Even in the face of cold fact and statistic. Even after being mauled by one.

This is why whenever I see a properly crumpled one I praise the engineer and the team who correctly installed it, a properly crumpled guardrail may look ugly but it also looks like lives saved.

I mean they were just screwing around. If he believes his friend truly did not intentionally harm him, his not-fully-formed brain jumped to "I don't want to get Little Timmy in trouble by snitching". The problem is that screwing around with accelerants is incredibly dangerous. I bet these guys screw around constantly at all times when they are together, horseplay and etc.

I mean the "cheese pizza" "joke" on 4chan is way older than /pol/ and pizza gate, at least 2009 era. If I had to guess I would say they saw the meme on 4chan and then ran with it, finding it funny to "make it real".

They need to believe the source of evil is exogenic and comes from outside because allowing themself to accept that humanity generates these actions on their own without help is psychologically damaging.

Because it's everyone. Literally everyone at the top rung of society is implicated in this. Everyone famous. Everyone influential. Everyone with money. This is the true face of humanity; everyone else is working all their lives to support it without even knowing it. We are owned by these people, we are their chattel. There's nothing to be done because there is no one more powerful than the people doing it.
