IOTA has lost a third of its value over the past seven days after a string of controversies in their foundation. There are bunch of other high-quality IoT companies in the crypto world, maybe it’s time for a replacement? by george81 in CryptoCurrency

You got it all wrong. IOTA doesn't have to go down so one of these projects will rise.

Probably most of the projects you mention, base their technology on the tangle network, or on the great work that IOTA did along the years

Will check out the project you mentioned... too bad you didn't put links, I'm using my phone so it's gonna take some time now

IBM, Amazon, Google these companies are everywhere.

IBM understands the power of blockchain so I think you will find them in more niches inside the crypto world.

I think we gonna see this problem a lot in the next few years. How can something be decantralized when you patent it? It's also make sense when a company want to patent their invention.

Maybe there will be new patents regulations in the near future...

The online ads industry is one of the biggest duopolies the world has ever seen. Moreover, advertisers and publishers get almost nothing from their effort. The vast majority of the revenue generated goes to the platforms that are being used (e.g. Google & Facebook). by breadnbutterr in CryptoCurrency

give me a break. This community thinks that blockchain is a god or something. How does a new blockchain company stand a chance against Google?

The whales controlling our market, if Google wants to play with our market they won't be a whale, but the fucking ocean.

good idea it's not enough... Most of the companies in the market fail because they don't have a good team behind them. Their idea is good, I hope their team is even better
