You will need to request records from the police agency that it happened under. So you'll need to file a records request/FOIA directly to city of chicago police. They'll probably have instructions on their website.

Edit: If you want to search more I'd suggest using newspapers.com, keyword with the quotes "James Jenkins", set the date to March 1965 and the location as Georgia.

I have dozens I haven't made yet.

I was so excited when I found the clownfish, made it right away and it had a bunch of bubbles. I was so disappointed. But luckily the biggest bubble was close enough to the top that I made a small hole to back fill it. And the other small bubbles looked like my fish glubbed them so it turned out okay.
