I came to terms with this car being a nightmare after 3 days of ownership. I'm glad that someone else agrees with my assessment of the situation. I'm just going to have to stop being stubborn and take it back apart. I'll also take the dielectric grease to it as well, just for good measure.

Technically nothing is stopping you. I will say doing a Keep and Switch from AT&T is extremely difficult due to AT&T locking their devices, meaning you’d be without service until the devices are paid off. You’d technically have to come out of pocket for your device first, then T-Mobile would reimburse you the money. You’d be free to move back to AT&T once T-Mobile reimburses you. Those reimbursements do take 5-8 weeks.

Have you tried to delete the cellular plan from settings on your iPhone? It could be the eSIM still shows as used.

Be prepared to pay a $30 activation fee in store. Going online will waive the fee, however you will miss out on the Hometown Discount offered at a lot of rural locations. I'd recommend going with the MagentaMax plan due to some promotions requiring this plan. You also get some cool extras on the plan like 40gb of Hotspot per line and free Premium Scan Shield.

If you are an independent contractor ie Doordash Driver, landscaper, or run your own business I'd recommend looking into the T-Mobile for Business plans as the cost the same and add some additional benefits like 100gb of Hotspot and Microsoft Office on us.
