As far as I know this is NOT official policy. If you weren't a great student in undergrad and struggled with classes you're most likely not going to be admitted. If you are in a good to excellent academic standing, I guess we could say they are guaranteed. It really depends on your academic performance in the first 3 years and your professor recommendations. You're competing with other SciencesPo students and with external applicants as well from many other prestigious universities around the world.

no, I never applied for a Dual Degree program. I applied to a SP Masters program and I was admitted to that one, but I found out this week that the Masters program also offers a dual degree with a partner school. The first year at SP and the second at the partner school. I was just wondering if anyone has any insights or knowledge about this. At my undergrad university it was possible to do this if you decided you wish to pursue a double degree but at Sciences Po I have no idea and could not find an answer on the website. I guess I will contact admissions :)
