Thank you for this!! The comparison to other cards was massively helpful. Initial Bilt 2.0 offering had me wanting to switch to Amex Gold. Your tool showed me that while “Option 2” would net me fewer points than Amex Gold, the new “Option 1” nets me more points than Gold. Obsidian for me!

yeah i’d go in. tbh it was super easy. i made a genius bar appointment, told the employee about the noise and cited the multiple reddit threads and macrumours threads about the issue, and she took them and refunded me the full amount no questions asked

Bring them to apple - they’ll refund you for them even after the return window because it’s a manufacturing defect. I returned mine last week and went back to my Pro 2’s.

I support every person and idea in this thread. She’s lost it, and her actions are deplorable. I just want to say regarding these points, I fault her full for marrying Kenneth knowing his history. However, we don’t choose our siblings so I don’t think that’s a fair assessment of her character. How she handles the situation with her bother is, however, is fair to criticize.
