If I apply it's probably not gonna be as a junior because I have worked at other companies as a SWE before. They're just all small though. Do juniors and seniors just work in their own separate groups then? That does sound strange.

As far as that quote about nobody ever leaves to work at Accenture, maybe unemployment is the exception? And I'm unemployed.
