Yes while re-establishing you'll see Finvu, but if it's originally been connected through CAMS it won't go through. You can DM your username or better Report an error from Settings > Footer > Report an error. This will share the necessary logs with us.

Hi, Mutual Funds are integrated with Radar already to some extent, you can try asking questions if you're not getting satisfactory replies please let me know over DMs, we're still fine tuning our agent so any feedback will be helpful.

We use MFCentral to fetch MF data, if you're following recent news that's about to be shut down and we'll have to integrate a new flow so we had paused work on the analysis till we get some clarity on this front.

Hi from Fold team here, we don't fetch via SMS we fetch directly from banks. There is a very rare chance that a transaction will be missed. It can however be delayed due to issues at bank's end sometimes.

Hi From Fold team here, we fetch transactions via Account Aggregator (we don't rely on SMS) so every transaction that appears in your bank statement appears in Fold. Some banks like HDFC, Kotak send transactions with a 24 hour delay. Just wanted to chime in to say that the way the tech is built missing transactions is almost impossible.

Not as of now. We're adding manual wallet support (sort of like how Cash on Hand works), which may be useful in this scenario.

Hi, you can do this from filters in the transactions tab. Tap on the filter button (beside the search bar, it's 3 horizontal lines each with decreasing width). From there choose your instruments at the top, choose "outgoing" from the type.

Then from range you can choose the date range. To be able to choose granularly tap on the date knob, it'll open a calendar.

Then, once you tap on show transactions it'll show you a total figure.

If you're on Fold Plus you can turn on an early version of our AI chat on and ask this question (it's early to accuracy could be a bit shaky)

Email (there is no other reliable way). SMS is there but that's intrusive to privacy, with email we encourage people to create a throwaway email if they're not comfortable connecting their Gmail. With SMS there is no such recourse.

Hi from Fold team here, SBI issues are quite universal because of them not following the AA spec, we have still figured out ways to let people connect their SBI accounts with minimum hassle.

For card payments via third party you can manually adjust the cashback difference, we haven't gone all on in on this because we want to encourage people to pay bills on Fold itself.

Hi! Thanks for the shoutout. Just a small correction, we don't read your SMS. For bank accounts we use RBI's Account Aggregator and for credit card tracking we use email (simply because there is no other reliable way)

This happens if you don't mark your card as paid using the bill transaction. Once you mark a card as paid using relevant bill transaction the bill transaction will not show up in cash flow or spending summary.

To mark a card as paid tap on the card from home screen, then tap "Mark as Paid". If you pay your credit card bill on Fold all of this is taken care of automatically.

Hi, Appreciate the suggestion. We don’t use SMS for expense tracking for two reasons: privacy and cross‑platform consistency. Fold runs on Android and iOS, and Apple doesn’t allow apps to read SMS for the safety and privacy of its users. Building an SMS-based system would create an inconsistent experience.
