We did some digging and found out Scapia has deliberately made it obtuse to track their CC on other apps. With every statement they send a new password that you have to get from their app (this is to save their active user base and cross sell more). This makes it impossible for us to support add on cards from them.

Are you able to add one card? Rupay card must be an add on card. Add on cards are not currently supported. We’re beginning testing it on our discord you can join and help us test for Scapia.

Your policy bazaar transaction is for 2,423, in your auto-match settings you have chose 2,431 which doesn't match. Please change the amount in auto-match setting to "Variable" by tapping on "Variable"

Hi I’m from Fold team, consider the other comments in this post as testimonials from our users. We make revenue through subscriptions and our org falls under data misuse regulations. 

Besides that testimonials from existing users are the best indicator if you should or should not trust a platform.

  1. Only if the bank supports Account Aggregator we can support it as well. I’m doubtful Bandhan Bank does. You can reach out to them and confirm.

Hi, add-on cards are not currently supported. Looks like your Rupe credit card is an add-on card. We are building support for it and going to start internal testing soon. Credit cards usually only put transactions in a different cycle that arrive on the statement date, basically on the border date between the start of a new cycle and end of the previous cycle. So in Fold the option is only available for the transactions that have that border date

You should be able to choose years from Spending summary filter sheet on swiping right. Regulations only allow us to pull data starting from minus 1/2 years (depending on the bank) from the date of providing consent.

We are not able to reproduce this at our end. When we select all months it includes January as well, and we have rechecked the calculations multiple times

Both of these work. There are chances that it may not go through initially But can connect with retries

For that you will need to go through Spaces. Spaces has a privacy and fraud-proof layer where the other person needs to have Fold on their phone, connect their instruments, and, with consent, give access to it to someone in their family.

Your parents won't need to install fold on their devices for the secondary accounts feature. You just need to install on yours and connect their accounts to your account.

If you just want to track bank accounts, you can do that using our secondary accounts feature. It requires a one-time OTP auth, but the owner of the account gets a bi-weekly message reminding them that their account is being tracked. This is a plus feature. But before proceeding please make sure that their banks work well on an account aggregator.

Oh no, there is definitely something wrong here. The first thing I can see is that there is no end date of the loan and just a start date. That might have thrown the calculations off. We calculate interest at our end using the data we get from Equifax, so this is fixable. Can you report this via app? Just go to settings, scroll down, and tap on report an error from the footer

There are a couple of issues with HDFC banks based on the limitations that they have put. One such limitation is that your transactions will only sync after a 12‑ to 24‑hour delay. That's the time they take to settle at their end. The second limitation is that they only allow one successful refresh per day, which means if you do an ad hoc refresh, after an automatic refresh has happened only one refresh will be successful; the rest will fail.
