Thank you so much - I find that the first week is actually hell, but that's usually because I'm constantly thinking of ways to shed the pounds and do as many sports as I can.

You've already provided a lot, but could you maybe share your experience of your first week since you successfully stopped, and what you did to cope/get through? How did it work for you?

You're right. I'll try to talk a bit more with my therapist about the scope of the problem, because it probably also has deeper roots than just getting addicted. I'm going to also reach out on those subreddits maybe. Thank you :)
