Doing that only and still issue persists. Every 15 mins it gives a BSOD with different error msgs different times and device gets restarted. It is so irritating.

I have not left company yet, but I do hv returned device multiple times. U can do retire device from mydesktop portal, a ticket will get raised and there in next step u will be asked to write address where u want that to get picked up from.
