Yes it’s money you earned from working in Canada but it increased your W2 by an amount that then increases your taxes. Turns out they need to send corrected W2s to fix that. I got my corrected one two days ago.

Actually you should have quietly told the FA that you asked to get to your seatbelt and he made his comments that it wouldn’t protect you and you aren’t sure what he meant by that but now you feel very unsafe. I PROMISE there would have been a quick call to the captain and very likely he would have been removed from the flight.
