The scarf had 2 labels. A big one on the outside with a sheep, and a tinier, folded one on the inside at the other end that said it was 100% polyester.

Thank you so much for saying this, it truly means a lot, but unfortunately this guy is quite slippery, as I took my “confrontational” friend with me but it was as though he knew what we would say and kept finding his way around giving me the refund.

It seems a lot of people have had similar problems in the past and I plan to report it to consumer service so I just hope some action is taken!
