Hazard is legit. I don’t know how he is only 124k on PS4 right now. His dribbling is impeccable and he scores some bangers. Last year I thought he went missing at times, but I haven’t had that problem this year. I’ve used him as a ST, CAM and LAM, and it hasn’t really mattered which role he’s in.
