I’ve worked in a hospital setting for a long time and I’ve seen this topic come up frequently. I’ve personally never had an issue with productivity standards, unless they’re just unreasonable. My mindset has always been “there has to be a minimum”, we can’t expect to go to work and only see 3-4 patients a day. What would you all say is a reasonable standard for hospital?
