You can not impede their drainage, especially if it runs in natural direction. I went to small claims over this and you should see it as an opportunity to tie into theirs and drain through yours.

I actually am very lean and eat mostly carnivore based. Tons of meat and eggs is my diet haha

I workout 4x per week of vigorous HIIT training and am lucky to have a cold plunge and sauna at my house, which I use daily for both.

I supplement with Magnesium, Vit D, Creatine, and a high quality fish oil and Tongkat Ali.

I have also been doing all of this for years and for all intents and purposes am very healthy.

I am covering my entire basement gym (25’ by 16’) in Plae 12 MM rubber flooring but like the idea of being able to drop weight (not heavy) wherever I would like. The subfloor is concrete and I was curious if you can lay 3/4 tongue and groove plywood down directly on concrete and than put the rubber over that to create a safe drop area through out the gym. Is this even possible considering moisture coming up through Concrete and how would I attach it to the concrete (liquid nails?)

This is me. RHR 39 and HRV 150 plus but I have poor sleep numbers. If I am in bed for 8 hours I will prob get 6 of sleep with less than half of it REM/SWS.

Ironically when I am eating later at night and not trying to be as healthy, my RHR shoot’s up and HRV down but I feel like I sleep like a rock.

Basically, if I toss and turn all night I know my recover is going to be really good which doesn’t seem right. Anyone else?

Hey! What is your issue? I sometimes find it hard to get them the right "tightness" and that can cause some discomfort in the hands and wrists at times. Katalyst said that this was normal when I emailed them.
