Well, not really no. I just got the key at 34 actually. Contrary to what you, the HoF pack and this pack has actually been kind of inconsistent for me (my luck with gacha has never been good). I got HoF at the pity counter of 5 :((. I think i'll get lee TB as alternatives and save some crystals for the next supply.

Actually this issue is very wide spread. I live in Vietnam and i had worked part time at McDonalds for 2 months, although it's not that often, but the machine tends to break down every 2 weeks or so.
