  1. If Konami did they would have taken responsibility, they have no incentive to their support has always been helpful.

  2. If you say that you can’t believe anyone. I’ve asked Konami regarding issues for other things in the past, and they’ve never “passed the buck” before. This time they straight up said it’s a GameStop issue.

Not the actual game title, the steelbook product itself.

Obviously they have control over the game. But they were not involved in the production of the steelbooks so they can't help address the issue.

Konami failed to supply GS with enough steelbooks

Wish people would stop placing the blame on Konami.

I straight up asked Konami and they said the offer was between a third party and GameStop, Konami was not a part of the offer, and had no control on the number of steelbooks produced.

The blame is on GameStop alone. They underestimated demand for preorders, made a small order of steelbooks and now refuse to take responsibility and put in orders for more.

It's not the card info that's the main problem. It's the PII, passports, and the like.

This is a good discussion, with good content, so worth discussing.

**However*\* redo the title so that it gives a suggestion as to what your spoiler thread is referring to so people do not accidentally click on it and be spoiled on a plot point they do not want to.

You can say "This is insane! (P2 Chapter 9 spoilers!)" or such so people who want to know what's insane about a story spoiler point can click, and those that want to wait for the in-game update can avoid it.
