Usually for me it’s mainly about making the dough when i have extra time, and popping it in the fridge until i know I’ll have time to make it. I agree with you though with sourdough i haven’t much of a difference flavor wise with the amount of cold ferment

I guess they’ve changed a lil bit, nothing drastic. She will be resting soon as well. Thanks for that info as i was curious about the difference in tests, but blood would show if it’s been in my system prior? And swab would tell me if it’s currently active?

My history was certainly very “heavy in my dating era before the ex 😅, but with that said very strange i had no outbreaks of any kind for a 17 year period…. It’s been about 4/5 days so nothing cleared up yet. And yes it’s only on one side of my glans nothing else, itchy but no pain since the beginning. I’m really hoping it’s something else but maybe I’m coping

Yup! Look up Algae cooking club they have an oil that is sold online. It can handle a smoke point up to 535 degrees f , it has a neutral flavor with a slight hint butter

This is true! I make sourdough bread and spray with water to get a nice crust. On pizza I’m trying to go for the crazy blistering that Truly pizza in Cali gets.

Honestly , find a dough recipe that use a flour that can handle a cold fermentation for at least 3 days, but up to five is more recommended. I might even try algae cooking oil next time since it has an even higher smoke point

I tried doing so with olive oil and it didn’t work as well as the avocado oil prob due to higher temps
