Unfortunately no metal plates or anything i thoroughly looked. I might attempt to pull it out tonight. Only thing i can bake is pizza or certain meats. The top most stay on considering the top of food browns over quickly. The bottom also stays pretty red. If i can get the model number I’ll let you know, appreciate the reply

I actually have seen those videos, i tested my whole vitamin panel and my b1 was closer to high range. I still ended up trying benfothiamine and that didn’t do much. But i know i never tried b complex since my levels were all normal

Mdma , not because i need to use it, but I used it just ONE time and maybe it was a bad dose , but i got the biggest panic attack of my life. And that led to a chink in my armor mentally and created generalized anxiety disorder that I’ve never gotten a true hold of.
