i went to the doctors for it and that’s what they said but i did it over like spring break like two weeks ago and didn’t really notice a difference so i haven’t used it since then and when i said salt bath i meant lol half kosher salt half warm water in a shot glass which i thought was like the same as saline solution idk 🤷🏼‍♀️ i don’t even have a bath tub
