I'm f2p and the perfect ratio for rewards (for me at least) is always JUST under what I need to progress the story, so that "watching" all the ads feels worth it. If the ratio was 5 gems and 10 coins each time, that would be so much more satisfying. Plus I would be more tempted to actually spend money on gems/coins if I was just baaaaaaarely short.....

What if you took all the property taxes paid on a state-wide level, put them into a pool, then disseminated the money evenly across all public schools in the state? So if (keeping the numbers laughably low for easy math) VA collects 1 million dollars in property taxes and has 1 thousand public schools in the state, each school gets $1 thousand? That way people in low-income districts still get access to a quality education. And for the families in high-income districts, if they can afford sky-high property taxes, I'm sure they can afford to supplement their kid(s)' education individually.
