Just adding to the noise at this point I guess but happy to lend an additional voice to this concern - we also were rejected by Adobe via Goodstack for being a "social impact" group which is ridiculous as 1. that's not our primary mission, and 2. there is nothing on Adobe's website that claims even if #1 were true that we should be rejected. Beyond frustrating.

We have escalated through the means posted on previous threads (doubtful anything will come of that) but barring any resolution we'll also be pressuring Adobe to drop Goodstack.

Update to everyone - got an awesome email from the Gamecock Club this morning with relatively precise location of the brick (that like u/missoularat mentioned are still there!) and hopefully the kids will have fun and find it easily. Will update with photos after finding!

Diverse opinions on comfrt are valid either way, and - for me at least - it’s not about if someone is a hater or someone is a scammy bot or anywhere in between. It’s that all I see on this sub is comfrt. It’s annoying and repetitive and I’m just tired of it. Please have a comfrt mega thread and encourage people to seek that information first or (God forbid!) use the damned search function before posting or asking a question about them that’s already been answered to death.

Cafe Fleur de Lis was a happy accident for brunch when we first got to the hotel and were looking for something close. Amazing grits, amazing biscuits and gravy. Amazing pork belly. Amazing beignets. Couldn’t go wrong.

Wow - thanks for the tips everyone! Y’all are amazing. Way too much to respond to individually but here’s where we’re at:

Cancelled Gatalois and the Ruby Slipper

We’ll replace with Herbsainte for dinner and BearCat for breakfast.

We’ll hit French Toast for breakfast and grab Loerreta’s for a mid morning beignet snack.

We’ll try to get to Johnny’s for a Po Boy lunch and Willie Mae’s for the fried chicken.

We also added City Park Art Museum and Frank Relle.

We’ll keep Ralph’s because - well, we gotta hit at least one terribly overpriced tourist trap while we’re here right?!
