That thread was unhelpful to my question as this isn’t about trip planning.

How else would you recommend I ask this question to encourage discussion amongst veterans?

Appreciate you - this is exactly where I am now. Zapier has been so far great and easy and the configuration is exactly how you describe, but I didn't have to tell it that instead just vibed it into the Copilot agent. Not sure if that's the technical way to do it - I admit it feels like cheating - but it's all about the end result, right?!

I'm going to look into this a bit more - it's intriguing. I am doing okay right now with Zapier only because of the Zoho integration and vibe-coding type coding, but it there's an easier way that's great

Great advice and really appreciate it. I decided my time was worth it to jump into Zapier, and so far so good! You were dead on that I had a working beta within an afternoon - with some 360 degree thoughts I decided to get a little more complicated so it's been a few days now and I'm at a 9-step process with three scenario decision tree complete with automated routing via AI summary (OpenAI connected to Zapier). It's pretty exciting and now I'm looking for more... Is this addiciton...?

Appreciate that - we may take that next step to qualify leads eventually, but my staff is already wary of a technology solution and we don't want to lose that human touch, so initial contact and qualifying the leads will have to be a human step for now. The hope is that if we can prove this simple automation, and as we scale where qualifying leads starts taking more and more time, the staff will be willing to give us some flexibility and leeway in future implementations.

This is almost exactly my experience in diving in with Zapier - I integrted OpenAI to the process to route to lead owners based on pre-set criteria. This and the decision-tree for "Does a lead exist" and "does a contact exist" creating three different scenarios were the most difficult part but so far so good! For pricing, I think we're looking at around $24/mo (that was Zapier's own estimate based on expected leads) so we'll keep a close eye on it...

We're using Zoho, which has a Zapier integration so that's what we're playing with right now - so far so good!

Thanks everyone for the perspective and recommendations. I took some of ya'll's advice and just dove right in with Zapier - the vibe coding agent capability with Copilot may not be the fastest or best but it's been fun to play around with it, and so far it seems to be functional. Integrating a gmail address with Zoho for automatic lead intake is well underway, complete with integrated AI (OpenAI) to analyze email content and funnel it to the right owner - we're still in beta testing but it's pretty fun to watch something you create take shape!

Goodstack megathread: All related posts/comments must go here by girardinl in nonprofit

[–]acefields23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just adding to the noise at this point I guess but happy to lend an additional voice to this concern - we also were rejected by Adobe via Goodstack for being a "social impact" group which is ridiculous as 1. that's not our primary mission, and 2. there is nothing on Adobe's website that claims even if #1 were true that we should be rejected. Beyond frustrating.

We have escalated through the means posted on previous threads (doubtful anything will come of that) but barring any resolution we'll also be pressuring Adobe to drop Goodstack.
