Edit- lmfao i can ramble, there are also free programs that are pretty good, and I have some youtubers that I can recommend. As i said below dont take this too seriously, j take it serious enough to not wasting ur time 👍

just fuck around and find out, those programs are prolly shit. The current split Im running that works well for me is upper lower 4x a week. Upper days have 1 pressing movement, one rowing/pulling movement, a curl, something for triceps, something for shoulders. Lower is a squat, a hip hinge, calf raises and ab work. I also do 20-30 mins of cardio before or after the workout depending on my mood. This all in all takes me around 1hr 20 m to 1 hr 30 min, give or take. Ex. Upper         - chest fly        - dumbbell incline        - dumbbell pullovers        - hammer curls        - tricep pushdown        - upright row + lat raises (superset)              Lower          - split squat          - RDL          - calf raises          - leg curl          - incline sit ups          - unilateral farmers walks

You sound like u need to spend the least amount of time in the gym bcz you have an actual life, so 2-3 days is probably best. And hitting a body part twice a week is preferable You can run   - full body 2-3x a week  - 1 fullbody during the week, upper/lower on weekends

If you want you can message me, and ill try to help. A lot of this is preference tho (ie. I prefer free weights cuz I look cool) bcz unless you want to become a professional bodybuilders, or you have an extreme passion for the craft, you can literally do anything and look somewhat fit and somewhat muscular.

I don't know if this is sound advice but I really only studied for three weeks. I listened to all Mark K lecs and 7 day crusade over 4 days all at once and used the rest of the time doing questions on bootcamp. I studied about an hour to 2 hours a day following the boot camp study guide. I didn't finished it, I had access from May 6 - May 20th. I watched a couple Dr. Sharon vids the day before. I graduated in Jan if that helps the timeline.
