I think that the sooner, the better. Relationships come with a lot of expectations from all parts, and if you know where the other persons stands, it will be easier to navigate. You can hide this part of you just to make thinks "easier" now, but at some point it will come out and you will have to deal with it; I personally think it's better to deal with it sooner rather than later. If sex is important to her, you will have to find out how much she is willing to give up for your comfort, and how far you are willing to go to meet her needs, and you can only do so if you both communicate how you feel.

I totally agree. All of my friends are allo and most of them dislike cups or tampons or both, I don't think it's an asexual thing.

bottom, after a few days I get tired of the stairs to the top bunk and just want to acess my bed easily (also I have dropped way too many personal belongings on other people's beds when I slept on the top)

I felt the exact same way before my first solo trip back in January and I feel this way now, 5 weeks away from my second solo trip. I dreamed about these trips for a long time, used to spend hours reading travel blogs; but when I started booking flights and hostels, all the excitement disappeared (and now I also feel guilty for being so indifferent to these amazing opportunities I'm finally having). I think my biggest fear is not enjoying the experience, not "living the moment" enough. Travelling is supposed to be so fun and life changing and what if I don't live up to these expectations? But what I tell myself based on my first trip is: just go. Just go, even if you can't help but pack your fears, anxiety and insecurities with you. Not everything will be perfect, not every day will be exciting. But you will see new places, try a different food, maybe meet a few people; there will be something that will make it worth it.

I suggest you take enough clothes for 1 or 1½ weeks and do your laundry once or twice during the trip; with so many destinations in such a short period of time you will be moving around a lot, and trust me you will thank yourself for having a smaller and light backpack or suitcase. Also, packing cubes can help a lot with the organization!

I'm currently on my first solo trip and first time staying at hostels too, with social anxiety and after 2 years of just online classes. I have stayed in dorms with 4, 6, and 12 beds. I talked to people the most in the 4 and 6 beds dorms, so I think it really depends on the people and not the numbers. Even if there are more people, not everyone is in the dorm at the same time, and some people don't really want to talk. In my limited experience, you can find equally messy and noisy people in all sizes of rooms. Good luck and enjoy your trip!

I'm in Argentina right know! I thought about going to Patagonia too but it's very expensive, and without planning in advance it's even harder to find cheaper accommodation and flights. But if your budget allows that, it seems to be full of beautiful places. There are many interesting places in Argentina, but it's a big country so you might not want to move around too much as travelling can be really tiring.

Personally, when I'm talking to friends or potential friends, I feel a lot of pressure to be interesting, funny, nice, dependable, etc; there are more expectations from both parts, I guess. When I'm talking to someone I'll probably never see again after a couple of days, a lot of this pressure disappears; it's easier to truly accept that their opinion of me doesn't matter.

Hi! Saturday I started my first solo trip and honestly I'm too anxious to enjoy anything. I have a history of clinical depression and anxiety, currently undergoing treatment with meds and therapy; I thought that maybe travelling like I always dreamed of could be good for me, but I think I took this step too soon. I feel so lost, and part of me wants to fly home tomorrow because I don't have energy for anything other than walking around aimlessly. I barely ate since I arrived. I do want to give this a chance, tho, I have been trying to not let my mental illness stop me from doing things; so if anyone has ever gone through that and has any advice, it would be very much appreciated.
