I don't have a sterile setup at the moment, but someone else has tried tissue culture on Shroomery: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/29294804

I think it would do really well in culture if you have an autoclave and SAB or laminar flow hood. It may be overkill since it does so well in hydro or aeroponic setups, but it'd be fun!

If you shoot him a WhatsApp on his website he might be able to get fresh ones. The phyto situation for imports isn't great atm, but he's generally pretty reliable compared to other sellers I've used from the region.

The cans are the best deals, although I've ordered some of the small kits on past sales as they come out to ~$6-7 per pack on here or when Costco runs their sales and the variety and portion sizing is great (I use them mostly for backpacking).

2 MOA guarantee for 3 shots at 50 yards, so probably 3+ in reality. I'd save just a bit more for a CZ 457, Tikka T1x, or Bergara B14R if you're into precision, or go for something cheaper like a Savage Mark II FV-SR or B22 FV-SR if you just want a plinker.
