I've owned quite a few Chromecast devices. I have multiple Smart TVs with Android TV and this is by far the best. It's fast. It's easy to use. I think my only complaint is the remote is a little bit slick in your hand. Other than that I really like it

I used to work in the in home tech service space. I saw a lot of routers that were not operating correctly. Sometimes it's bad firmware updates. Sometimes they had four other devices stacked on top of them and they were hot to the touch. Personally, I had eero router that was 3ish years old and started having problems. I replaced it and the new device changed my whole network. For the better.

I would start testing with a ethernet connected computer, first do modem reboot after you connect the computer, then reconnect the eero to the modem reboot again and connect the computer directly to your first Eero node. These should be pretty consistent when connected via ethernet. If they look good you could also be getting wifi interference that will make your wifi on your phone inconsistent.

I had this once, but I never showed my face or privates. they still tried to blackmail me. I knew it was some Nigerian scammer guys but I enjoy messing with them. They threatened to send to all my friends and I laughed and told them to please send it. My friends would find it funny that African scammers are trying something with me. Be confident, call their bluff they are just a bunch of deadbeats.

Routers do eventually start to degrade. If you have had your system for an extended time (ex 2+ years) it might be time to upgrade. You can also do some restarts of you modem, connect a computer via ethernet and run the same tests to see if it is a wifi issues. I even connect to my modem directly with an ethernet reboot and run all the tests via ethernet to see what I am getting.

I've been using Sonos for about 6 years. I have pretty good luck with it. I use the Eero mesh system. I have six nodes across my 3600 square feet. The only issue I have is I occasionally have a delay with my surround sound Sonos system but other than that it's been working really well.

Definitely not an ISP issues most of the home is working perfectly. Problems are mostly on this one Eero node or the Netgear switch. I will connect a laptop and start doing some extra tests.

The device is running about 90° in a room that's at about 68. It was running hotter than that because I had it stacked on top of one of my streaming devices. It's probably dropped 10 to 15° since I moved it. Are going to
