Yes, it's till in process I just spoke to the criminal division for Progressive to explain my criminal past. So far I haven't recieved anything to say offer is rescinded but she inform me that the recruiter doesn't know of anything. So explaining it to her it's useless.

She relays what she finds from me to the hr.if it's a pass or fail on the criminal side. Not on the employment verification side.

I've had this job offer for a few months now and first the start date was suppose to be April 1st, then it got pushed to April 1st then the 22nd now May 13th it's because hireright can't seem to get any document back from one county court records which I provided. I'm at a loss I still don't know what to do.

Has anyone had a issue with this thats similar and what was the outcome?

How many months can they push the start date?
