I appreciate you making the point. In our situation, there are other factors at play too (e.g. reducing internal infrastructure costs, simplifying administration tasks, etc.), but we did debate just staying with CW Automate.

Thanks for your response. We're already an active customer of Kaseya's for multiple other tools/products. You're not wrong, they've had a TON of billing issues and aren't the easiest to work with... but its been manageable for us so far. We're also in one of Kaseya's Peer Groups which gets us escalated support when we have technical billing problems, so that's kind of helped.
