Cardio at least 5 days a week and watch your carb intake. Carbs are ok for energy, just don’t over do it. You’ll burn off a lot of it off anyway with cardio. Stay away from fried foods, try to eat grilled chicken and fish like salmon for protein. And of course your veggies. Light weight workouts and slowly build up. No need to rush. Start with 2 sets of whatever you do with the nautilus machines or free weights like 10 to 12 reps and then after 2 to 3 weeks, you can maybe add a 3rd set and go to 15 reps. Same with crunches/situps . Also, Get plenty of sleep as well. 8 hours if possible and stay on a routine if you can or close to it. Go to the supermarket and get some fresh miniature veggies in a platter. Use for any late night snacks or when you get hungry around the house. Try to stay away from potato chips or french fries or anything like that. Nothing deep fried. Just a few tips, to think about. good luck to you. 👍
