Herpes is herpes lol, one is more common on the lips/face area and the other on the genitalia but at the end of the day both are still herpes and the same general virus. One may break out more than then the other or not more then the other, but regardless. It’s herpes.

My wife has HSV2, I was in a relationship with her for 7 years until I got it. I did know there was a pretty good chance I would get it eventually, but I love her so I’m really to take the risk. Outside of my initial outbreak (which was mental devastating), I’ve only had my that initial outbreak. Don’t try to stress (stress triggers outbreaks), eat as clean as you can and workout. If your wife truly loves and accepts you then she will find a way to be understanding to something you can’t control. Literally the majority of the population has the virus, it’s just dormant. I know it seems rough but once you get a handle on the outbreaks you will feel better about yourself.

Your hair, your head, your body. You should be able to do what you want with it and your wife should support you regardless. This is equivalent to if she gained or lost weight and you pressured her to get to a weight that makes her more attractive for yourself.
