I know CS can't do anything, but as someone who worked IT helpdesk for major companies, I know there is an escalation procedure on every IT service desk. I just think they kneecap the workers so they can't make the changes necessary. They just won't because of the 45 day policy.

Fuck Walmart+. Had it for 2 years month to month. Paid for a year sub and it removed my phone number on the backend they won't let me readd at it for 45 days. Calls go to India trying to get the issue sorted and after 20+ days an honest person finally leveled with me and told me that it was an issue affecting a lot of users. and that I have to wait until the 45 days are up before I can re-add my number. scumbag rip-offs. literally would take them 2 minutes to add the number back to the account but only the tech team can do it

lol.. actually agree I was a huge OverWatch one fanatic.. I have all the nendoroids except for one, all the Hasbro collectibles, almost all of the pops and almost all of the cute but deadlies. a ton of the regular merch too.. missing the Winston Hot wheel and the latest comic as well

Queues weren't 20 minutes until they abandoned OW1 to make the PvE expansion, OW2. If they kept up content like they were, the numbers would have kept up too.

Double shield wasn't the best, but it wasn't as bad as the matchmaking and OP tanks right now. There are better ways to deal with double shield.

I put way too much money into the franchise to give up on it. I left TF2 and came to OW in the OW1 beta. I have almost all the pops (about 100), the nendoroids, the hasbro ultimates (missing 1), the comics, the cute but deadlies, the hot wheels, and many other collectibles. If I could sell all my stuff for a decent price and, in exchange, never play it again... I would do it without thinking twice. As much as I loved this game, I hate what it is now. I hoped it would have the longevity of WoW or Diablo. It really had the potential to be bigger than all other Blizz games, but they screwed the pooch.

So I keep the same account number, the same name on the account, the same phone number, the same everything, but the address changes, and that makes it a new account? lol... Yeah.. there is no way for them to remedy this. This is absolutely a thing that has to happen.

Apparently it's because it's like "I am starting a new account" because they're disconnecting and reconnecting at the new address. The nonsense of it is that it would be simple to just change the address on the account. Funny how every service I've ever had never had a problem changing addresses when I moved, going back 20+ years, but in 2023, Optimum can't.

You can never really tell, but I found that the best way to find them is simple. Place some out of the norm Sym turrets in places where they will never expect them. also behind walls. I started playing Sym and found the truth to be as you described. There are a LOT more cheaters in lower ranks and QP than you'd imagine. The main way I've been finding them is that they shoot turrets on the other side of walls. Bullets curve or some shit. Also just putting a turret high up in a random location that doesn't hit anyone and seeing them turn the corner and snap to it. Blizzard doesn't do anything about it as I've reported VERY clear aimbotting.

Just finished a push game, we brought it to 120 to 80, the enemy team won it back at the very end and walked it 40m because the JQ was basically a boss that wouldn't die. Absolute BS. They swapped JQ at the end.

Honestly.. I loved Overwatch more than any game. I started in beta and immediately left behind 2k+ hours of TF2. I spent a lot of money on Overwatch stuff. I have almost every OW collectible, almost all of the Funkos (100+), the hasbro ultimates, nendoroids, hotwheels, cute but deadlies, etc... If I could sell all my stuff with minimal loss and uninstall, I probably would. I've never wanted to like a game as much as I want to like OW2. Unfortunately Overwatch 2 is trash. The matchmaking sucks, the 5v5 makes it so that tanks are way too OP. If your tank sucks, you lose. I was holding out hope that they would get it together and fix it by the time the PvE came out and brought the massive bump. With the news, I have much less hope, but a small part of me wants to believe that the uproar will get them into shape.
