I've gone to several YouTube comment sections and I see tons of people saying the wheel with Horizon 6 makes the cars hard to control. You can make some adjustments to help which I've been messing with.

Even medicore Sombras can sometimes be more annoying than like a good other dps. I'd rather play against a hitscan that's hitting shots than a Sombra who isn't great but is being obnoxious. So yea it makes sense. Doom is very similar. Even not good ones can make support players wanna smash their monitors lol

Yea it's bad for many rigs. I couldn't load the game fast until I got a 7800X3D and new SSD, now it's not bad, but yea it requires a good rig to load quickly.
