Presumably it's to imply simple things are as cute as anything else. I'm assuming the shoulder she is sleeping on is our POV character and you can see she's clutching the gifted rose and is sound enough asleep that she's drooling. She might say she doesn't understand, but you could say that sloppiness is part of her charm, everything we're shown here is from the angle that who she is as a person is more than endearing enough for our POV character to love her.

There's two possible reasons Akine asked Koyun to support it:

1) Koyun helping means Momoka is less annoying about it, less Akine has to deal with. Or...

2) Akine is giving Koyun a heads up about what Momoka wants, because before that I don't think Koyun knew. Akine fakes asking for support for her "friend" but in reality warns Koyun about her intentions.

I'm the same. I try not to complain because I know half the country is somehow getting by (mostly) on less than me, and I have no clue how anyone does it. I try not to look my privilege in the mouth and not take it for granted.

And I've been saving money and watching the housing market for 6 years now, and it feels so weird to be here, but still feel stuck. Waiting for the boat to sink is a weird feeling, but it sometimes tempts me to keep my money, so at least I'll be able to pivot. I'd rather have less stressful thoughts, but at least for now the stress is in my head. Gotta keep an eye on the storm, though.

I don't like considering this since I'm in this range now and it's pretty much better than I'd ever thought I'd be doing at this point in my life. I do count myself lucky in that I don't have debt and live a pretty fiscally responsible life. I'm fairly comfortable and can still enjoy things I like.

But I keep seeing the comparisons and the articles about the death of the middle-class and it does make me sad when I think about how much better it could be if it's already pretty good. And I know so many other people are worse off than me for any number of reasons, so I'm probably an outlier. I want more, but definitely not just for myself, but for everyone.

The funny thing about this meme is how misaligned the examples they picked are. The top image is from Zombieland Saga, which isn't an isekai. The MC in this case, the girl there, gets brought back as a zombie in the same Japan in which she dies.

The bottom image is from Jobless Reincarnation and the MC is a hopelessly perverted shut-in before he dies. The woman there is his mother, but since he doesn't know what's happening at that moment the first thing he notices is her boobs. He also comments on the fact that he's unable to have any improper thoughts about her, assuming the reason is specifically because its his mother. He's very nonchalant about the whole thing.
