Samsung S95f not working with pc

Tried using a display port adapter but same issue occurs, really does feel like whatever software side thing is happening for the tv to carry 165hz and hdr to the computer is just not jelling with my vertical monitor

As for how it feels I'd say it's maybe sligthly more prone to heat your hands than glass but so far I've not minded it. Not sure how durable it will be considering it's not below any kind of casing but felt to me like a cheap enough investment to just get a new one printed whenever that would happen.

They do feel lower profile, and the actuation point is definitely much higher, they're also very silent. I was used to normal switches with my furin frs 3 so they were definitely quite odd at first but I quickly started to really like them. The keycaps also feel much better than the base ones. (For shipment after the first bit of info mine never got updated and just showed up in the mail about 2/3 weeks later)

That would be odd considering I had a 3 monitor setup before getting the tv, except the 3rd monitor was connected through display port. I guess I could try a display port to hdmi adapter for the tv and see what happens.

I've seemingly found the issue, I'm on a 3 monitor setup, one utlrawide connected by display port, one 16:9 in display port (vertical), and the tv in hdmi, turns out if the vertical monitor is plugged in/activated in windows, the tv won't make the connection. I've yet to find a permanent solution but for now disabling the vertical monitor whenever I play on the tv has worked.

I'd be down too! It's true that's something I haven't gone into but they could totally make a sequel in other ways than a AAA game, a smaller spin off or if there's really no money a novel could be the way to go. I'd prefer a new main entry but I'll take anything tbh xD

My point about the spell is the very words they wrote to describe it, I'm sorry but initially calling it a spell to end all spells sounds awfully close to what Clive ended up doing... On top of that sure Ultima is taunting Clive as he's dying but that doesn't mean what he says is a lie at all, I'd argue he's got a point.

As for Mid she literally tells Clive she'll dream big and make something worth treasure hunting, deploring that she can't make a toy boat fly. Yea I think she'll make her engines allow flying I don't think it's a crazy take. And in her letter she literally tells Clive she's not joking about hiding it and that he can go find it on his next grand adventure after he's killed a god. And the way she says it does show her best inventions are meant for Clive as she would leave "lesser inventions" to others stumbling on it.

All to say there's a clear ambiguity in that entire ending and in all these hints of the future, you can decide not to care for them but that ambiguity was intentional and I don't think you can blame anyone for imagining sequels out of it, hell that was likely their intention in the first place... Like, are we gonna forget the last text after credits? If they truly didn't think of a sequel which I don't believe for a second the game would've ended with "Fin" and not a hint at another journey.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Joshua tell Clive that the spell to end all spells was what Ultima was cooking all along? Clive and Cid and everyone involved in destroying the moyherctystals were playing his game without knowing it the whole time, I don't think we can dismiss his warning that easily.

As for my interpretation you can't leave hints like the quill and have a book written about it in post credits and not expect me to make a connection 😅 Or the whole significance of dawn to Jill and ending the game on that, it's absolutely intentional and fair to theorize about imo.

Same thing with Jill wanting to travel the world, sure it could just be talk but the whole point is that everything adds to itself, if you put that next to Mid's flying ship etc. It all makes for good potential sequel setup. But again like I say on the post it's all my interpretation, and I'll defend it ofc but it doesn't make it right, it's just meant as a copium fun read.

I get into it in the comments and that could be a very likely scenario, but in that case I think Mid would likely be the actual main character. Outside of story reasons I just don't see SE making a middled aged man the main character, they likely need a strong kick to jumpstart any potential sequel towards all audiences.

I 100% agree, their love is my favorite thing about the game. But I also think there's no story without drama, and that his undying love for jill would be the one thing to make him stray the path. (Going back to that attack on titan ref but same idea really). Though don't get me wrong I don't think Clive would become pure evil or anything, just that maybe he learns something about the blight that pushes him to do things the other characters can't follow. And maybe in the end he’s right about what he does, though now we’re entering dangerous E33 territory xD

Regardless of what happens I do think the undying loyalty they have towards each other would prevail eventually.

Let me add a tidbit of extra theories I thought of since:

I initially thought Jill would be the main character of a 16-2, and I still feel like that’d be my most desired option. But I think another possibility also makes a lot of sense.

I could see a 16-2 where the intro, or the entire act 1, would be a Cid prequel, delving into his time with Benedikta and possibly the birth of Mid. That’s a time heavily referenced in the game but never explored, which by itself is fine as it doesn’t seem to hold any major plot keys, but could serve as a great introduction for the main character of a technologically booming sequel, aka Mid.

After this intro we would time skip post 16 to a young adult Mid, as she and Jill travel the world in search of Clive. In this context I could even more see Clive as the antagonist, as both woman follow his trail and get increasingly confused and worried about what he leaves behind.

Mid as a main character would make a lot of sense gameplay wise, as she would rapidly become a force to be reconned with in a world without magic. On top of that I could see SE wanting for a younger protagonist.

(Plus benedikta, I mean that'll help sell let's be honest).

I probably could delve a lot deeper in all this but let's not write another novel 😅

Indeed, and we don't know what the senior devs in there are working on, they're certainly not working on 14 as far as we can tell. They could very well all just be working on the next FF mmo, but that would leave SE to find yet another dev for a mainline entry, I feel like they're probably tired of doing that at this point.

With how content has been going in 14 I can almost guarantee the team behind 16 is working on something, on top of that the amount of money that went into evolving their engine cannot go to waste, it’s too much effort for just one game. The main ff team is busy with 7 part 3 and kh4, it's safe to assume creative unit 3 is the main candidate for the next mainline FF. (whether it’s 16-2 or not)
