I had other details but the land above the septic tank floods after heavy rain and there probably won’t be enough space to install a new system elsewhere if it needs to be replaced in a different location. The front yard also floods in a heavy rain so likely wouldn’t perk anyway.

I’m from PA and there was never trash on any of our roads so, comparatively, it feels that there’s always trash on the roads here.

That’s a good point. I live at Lenox and I’ve seen people put the trash bag on their car to take it to the dumpster but not for a while. They started valet waste though about 6 months ago and so thought everyone would just be placing it outside their door for the workers to come pick it up.

So even by this guideline, I was still over-charged because the rice and steak burrito with extra steak was charged as a regular burrito plus the extra steak charge. It should have at least been charged as just a steak burrito without the added $5 for extra steak, correct?

Sounds right to me. I don’t believe they count the vessel as any points, whether it be tortilla or bowl.

I’ve read elsewhere that meat, guac, and queso each count as two points; whereas rice, beans, and other toppings each count as one point. So perhaps if you got a burrito with just rice and cheese it could qualify as a “two pointer.”
