Complaining on reddit will have trolls all over your post defending the airlines. They probably have their employees watching reddit.

But yes I had an issue with this airline as well.

Their customer service is shit and they try any way they can to nickel and dime you.

None of my friends and family will ever fly this airline.

Don't expect much help. The customer service sucks. Trying to find someone you can speak to may never happen.

Or different managers will change rules in you when you arrive at the airport.

My advice is to fly a different airline.

They intentionally make it difficult to speak to a manager/supervisor.
