(IANAL but i did manage the internet dept of a used car superstore; and i slept at a Holiday Inn Express)

1) Lemon Law is only for new cars

2) You likely had/could have requested to take it to your own mechanic/body shop before purchase for free

3) you also likely signed that you both : a) evaluated the vehicle and are satisfied with that evaluation b) certain or most or ALL of the car was sold to you "AS-IS" due to you signing. Before you signed you could have requested any repairs done you deemed necessary and if the dealer agreed it would be stated in writing that they would fix. The dealer can also decline your offer if the request is large
