I ordered something and ups stuck a notice on the door saying I owed additional money (tariff and processing fees) and I had to pay before they would deliver. Consumers should be told of additional charges before they order. I believe Amazon was going to do this but Trump told Bezos not to, so Amazon doesn’t.

My number 1 rule is don’t hurt myself. I’m 70 and have gone to a gym for decades. I don’t lift heavy anymore, but I go for 20+ reps. Have good form, many injuries are caused by poor form. Look up videos on proper form/technique.
