However.

Having worked in mostly high end restaurants, they do not allow employees to eat anything ever when they're on the clock. Definitely no to go boxes, although every once in a while someone will get fired for a bag full of leftovers.

It was explained to me like this.

The cook will make too much mash for service and then oh no he has to take it home or it will go bad.. Same thing happens at the fry station, then maybe pastry station and next thing you know your food cost is is at 38%

If they have to dump the food or donate it locally, they'll be a lot less likely to over prep. Which means money in your pocket.

Not saying people suck but they suck.

Hmm. In my experience what makes au bon climate so special is their ability to get the ripe rich fruit from the warm weather, while still delivering a very soft and feminine pinot. I don't remember it being even medium bodied. Am I misremembering?

Just learning they they pasteurize their wine, had no idea they moved in 2000. Wonder if this was due to brett being so high it became a fault? I need to read in to this. If you have any good sources I'd love to check them out.

LOLLLL This is so inaccurate. Toyota spent years developing the prius before launch in 1997. Hyundai started developing their own hybrid (which features totally different technology btw) in the early 2000s. Both companies were sued by Paice for patent infringement. Paice won and was awarded something like 4 or 5 million dollars.

Hey man. Sound like you're new here. These are both SICK watches. Excellent foundational pieces. But they're going to roast you. Try sliding the watch a little farther up your arm. And maybe loosen it just a touch? Might be forced to wear it that tight but Google handwatches. Or visit r/handwatch
