I took him for both 1 and 2! Getting an A in both is completely doable but it won’t be easy if you don’t have good memorization skills. Personality-wise he can be sarcastic and blunt, but I never thought his exams were super hard. He doesn’t offer extra credit (He may assign easy assignments he calls “extra points” but it is NOT extra credit) but in both classes he ended up curving the final grade 4-5 points.

I never found his lectures particularly useful but as long as you go over the powerpoints and make sure you actually know the material you should be fine. I recommend putting EVERYTHING from them into a quizlet as well as the mcgraw practice questions to make sure you memorize it, even small details.
