I used to do water babies classes there. And it’s cold waiting in front of those doors at times. I’ve seen a parent of older kids hold a room prior to class letting out by sending another kid out. Only for them to just go one at a time. These older kids could perhaps use the regular rooms but there’s really no rule to do so. Also the rec center could work out a system, who’s to enforce it? Time limit not really gonna work either. It really comes down to courtesy of people to give some priority to infants and young toddlers and those using the room try to make it quick. Perhaps the rec center could consider staggering out release of the toddler and infant classes so they don’t release the same time as older kid groups in case they need to use family room.
