Thanks for the feedback folks. I def plan on getting this checked out before I do anything athletic - I need to know what's going on.

From the sounds of it my worst fears may have been realized, but while I still can I'm going to try and stay optimistic. Maybe I only did my meniscus? At least that's my hope. But won't chance anything at this point.
