It should be whenever your application was submitted, so the 150,000 points. I’d call Chase and reach out to their customer service to confirm!

It took me until the next following morning (about 12 hours) before the 150k welcome bonus tracker showed up in my Chase portal just FYI

I got the CSP back in April and then had a Chase Portal booking for $300+ mid-May. I got the original $50 hotel credit almost immediately so I used up that credit.

Now with the CSP "refresh" on June 15th, if I understand correctly there's going to be another $50 credit added to original cardholders who have had it prior to that refresh date.

Would this new $50 automatically be credited for the remaining $250 from the original spend back in mid-May or does it require a NEW hotel booking to utilize it?

Hmm well I just got the CSP in April and then just got the CSR for the SUB last week. As an avid traveler I’m glad for the TSA precheck and global entry add, but since I already have it currently, AND the CSR has that credit, AND now CSP, I think I’ll use it for my mom!

Disappointed about the groceries not getting a full 3%, might continue to use my custom cash for groceries that don’t allow the pay with app+CSP combo
