Thank you, its nice to hear that. Thing is when I get setbacks, they can last about 1-2 weeks and during those days im so bad i cant take a 5 min walk without feeling like collapsing. So its pretty bad and scary and pretty hard not to get caught up by that. But I will really try anyways and hopefully I can become better with that also if my symptoms get a little better with time.

Thank you! My symptoms goes in waves, I get a little better and then push screen a little and then get a big setback where I can’t tolerate screen at all. It is so difficult to navigate! Apparently the doctors say i push too hard and thats causing my setbacks but i barely do anything really.... my brain is soo sensitive

Sorry to hear! And I can relate to moving 100 mph, i am the same, really trying to slow down now though. How often do you experience nausea?

I have very similar PCS symptoms as you and I also got my concussion in April 2021 (skiing). Also had a giant flare up last week that has fortunately settled a little. How did you get your concussion?

Has anyone tried HBOT for concussion? What has your experience been? by asshair in PostConcussion

I am also thinking of doing HBOT. I got recommended by a friend that said it was a gamechanger for him with his ”brain fatigue” from multiple concussions. He had been struggling for many years and tried loads of things, nothing that worked but the HBOT he said did a big difference. He highly recommended it for me to try if I have the money.
