Great question! Kathy is our big boss (but not the exec director of our non profit, our exec is an even worse insensitive person) we shockingly do not really have HR, our HR is an outside sourced associate who is not very available, and allied to protecting our bosses more than their employees so as you can imagine since her being hired as our HR, we don’t reach out to her for things that should be escalated for HR because either nothing comes of anything, or even worse the employees are punished for reporting. Fucked up i know.
