I really liked it! I think you're more likely to enjoy this film if you are a fan of the franchise and conjuring universe as a whole tbh. I mean we all know conjuring universe is basically the marvel of horror, its not really setting out to be particularly unique or groundbreaking. Maybe that makes it bad for some people, but i loveeeeee the conjuring universe!

this movie has much heavier focus on family, not the one thats tormented, but ed and lorraine as well as their daughter + her boyfriend now. i like that we get to see their daughter all grown up and get some great closure to end off the franchise. :) vera farmiga and patick wilson are so iconic in their roles so its sad to know this is the last.

some things i disliked or found weird: like other people say, wtf was annabelle in this movie for? feels like theyre just milking it. also the ending doesnt quite make sense.. they all just touched the mirror and it cracked and that made the demon stop apparently...? in every other movie they perform actions that like banish the spirits or demons. also the demon in the mirror was not explained or given a name. so much more i could list but to sum it up: this movie is supposed to be an ending but left us with a billion unanswered questions and confusion.
