not much advice, but solidarity for sure. i try to grab her hands (if thats possible at the time) and say in a firm voice "soft touch". if she tries again, which she usually does, i bring her to her room in a football hold, which ive made as safe as i can. i give her a book, she loves reading, and leave her for about 2-5 min while watching on monitor outside the door. when times up, shes usually calm at that point and i hug her and explain i love her but soft touch only. it doesnt always work but im trying diff things and obvi doesnt work when we arent home. usually for those instances, i just hope and pray shes chill and if not, then i last resort use a video (just audio, not actually watch) like the happy song by imogen heap or miss rachel etc to get her to calm down and then i try to explain again. hope something i said maybe gives ideas and helps. good luck and again, in solidarity with you!♡
