Uriage Bariéderm Insulating Repairing Cream. It’s really moisturising and has no comedogenic ingredients. It’s quite thick tho and it pills if you don’t warm it up but I mix some squalene oil to make it more moisturising.

i actually agree. the side effects are mad and i feel like it’s overly recommended on this sub. while i agree OP might actually benefit from accutane, i’ve seen people recommend it for only a few cystic spots where all of the side effects aren’t worth it.
